Condition for Age is V Good, there are some old restorations and a few light chips on Bow and Stern that are not a difficult restoration.
This is NOT A PIECE YOU’LL SEE OFTEN. I had a very large collection of Amer. Brilliant Cut Glass Years Ago, it is Now an UNDER VALUED MARKET, with very difficult handling needs, so I Try to Avoid it.
BUT—- this Caught my Eye. From a World Shipping Port,

Minor/fill able with clear—- edge chips on Bow (front)
And Stern (back) of the 🚢 ship. Apparent restorations to points on top edge. I will Guarantee The Called Condition.
I could not find a signature, but they can be hard to find.
This is a Very intriguing Piece. 13 1/2”
