Where Do We Get Our Turbines?
We build our turbines ourselves in the USA. We always meet or exceed OEM specifications. We only use ceramic bearings unless the listing says otherwise. Our assembly facility is in northern Illinois.
Our Repair Services
We now offer our eBay customers access to our wholesale repair services. All handpieces are repaired on location within 1-2 business days and include a 6 month warranty!

COMMUNICATION
We will ship your items within one business day after full payment is received. Shipping to US addresses is usually via USPS First Class mail unless specified differently in the listing. Items over 13 oz. will be shipped via Priority Mail. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. International shipping is usually via Express Mail because it is trackable and insured. We realize it is expensive to ship via Express and we sometimes offer other options. If Express Mail is not chosen for International shipping, we require a three month waiting period before an item is considered lost.

We accept 14-day returns for full-refund or exchange. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping. New items cannot be returned unless they are in new and unused condition based on our inspection of the returned item.
